The system your whole agency runs on.

Every adviser’s day, every client and policy across the insurers you write for, and the numbers your unit meeting runs on. Built for how Philippine agencies actually work, not a foreign CRM with peso signs on it.

  • Every insurer you write for
  • Taglish approach scripts
  • 13th-month persistency
  • MDRT standings
  • A client portal in your agency's name
Where the year stands

An adviser’s dashboard: where the year stands, MDRT, their goal and the contests running now.

Who it is for

One system, both sides of the agency

An agency buys it, but an adviser decides whether it gets used. So it has to make a leader's week easier and an adviser's day easier, and it does each one on its own terms.

For agency leaders

Run the unit meeting on real numbers

  • Production, activity and 13th-month persistency per adviser, kept apart
  • MDRT, Court and Top of the Table standings on your own thresholds
  • A recruitment board that says who is stuck and what to do next
  • Contests that count themselves, and one-on-ones that leave a record
  • Switch features on for everybody, for leaders only, or off
  • Visibility that follows your structure: each manager sees their own people

The product

Everything a practice runs on, in one place

The adviser's day, their clients, the meeting itself and the unit behind them. It pulls from one set of records, so the numbers a manager reads are the ones the advisers keep.

The day, sorted before it starts

Follow-ups you promised, premiums falling due, birthdays and anything already late, gathered from five places into one list with the reason beside every name. It is in your inbox at seven.

Recruiting, as a board you work

Prospect to coded agent, one column per step. Every card says what to do next: the papers still out, the exam result to record, the account to give.

Results, activity and quality, kept apart

Never averaged into one score: an adviser can top production and sit bottom of 13th-month persistency.

Who is on course for MDRT

Every adviser's standing for the calendar year, on the thresholds your agency enters, and what is left each month.

One-on-ones that leave a record

Ask with the goal, the contest and the file already attached. It sits at the top of their day until they answer, and the answer comes back to you.

Every client, every insurer

Policies from every insurer you write for in one list, with total cover, premium schedules, status and what falls due next.

Forms they fill in on their phone

Send an application, a fact-find or a recruitment checklist as a link. See how far each person has got, read the answers laid out like the paper form, then file it to their record.

Approach scripts, in Taglish

Written the way the conversation actually goes here, objections included, beside seven rules of thumb as calculators you can type a client's numbers into.

A portal for their clients, in your agency's name

What they own, their total cover, what is due next and what their fund is worth. They sign in with a link sent to their email; there is no password to forget.

The drawings use invented names and figures. The screenshots further down are the real product.

See it

This is the actual product

Not mock-ups: real screens from a demo agency of fourteen advisers, captured from the running product. Only the names and the amounts are invented. Everything else is exactly what you get.

The day-to-day. If this part is not worth opening, nothing else in the system works.

Everything you promised, everyone falling due and every birthday, gathered from five places into one list before you have opened anything. The same list arrives by email at seven.

The day, already sorted

Why it fits

Built here, not translated

You notice it in the small things a foreign system always gets wrong.

Approach scripts, in Taglish

Written in Taglish and in English by people who have used them, not run through a translator, including the objections you really get: “may coverage na ako sa work” and “you just want the commission”.

Project 100, as a working list

The natural-market list your agency already teaches, except it asks you questions instead of handing you a blank page: ninong and ninang, barkada, the sari-sari store, people from your province.

A Philippine application form

Built around what the IC, the AMLA, FATCA/CRS and the Data Privacy Act actually ask for. Identity, source of funds, suitability and consent are fixed in place, so nobody can quietly take them out.

Recruiting the way it is done here

Invited to a BYB, attended, requirements, pre-licensing, the IC exam, the licence and the insurer code. The NBI clearance and PSA birth certificate are on the checklist already.

Pesos, PH formats, many insurers

Middle names and Jr./III, province and city, 09XX numbers and income ranges that match how people here answer. Built for several insurers from the start, because almost nobody writes for only one.

The rules you explain, live

50/30/20, the Rule of 72, an emergency fund and four more, as calculators you type a client's own numbers into, each one marked with the place it stops being true.

Security and data

Your clients’ data, handled properly

You are the controller of your clients' personal data and we process it for you, written into the terms rather than implied. Health and beneficiary details are treated as sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

Need to know

An adviser sees their own clients; a manager sees their own people. Leads, prospects and call notes stay with the adviser, and a leader opening someone else's client is recorded.

Support by invitation

Sentro support can look in only when your administrator allows it, for an hour up to a week, read-only, with every visit on your own record.

Backed up every night

An encrypted copy of everything goes off-site every night, and a restore from it is rehearsed every week.

Rights you can act on

Any individual's record can be exported, or erased where the law allows, on request. Every request is logged, and there is a named Data Protection Officer.

Getting started

What the first two weeks look like

You cannot sign up by yourself, and that is on purpose. We set the agency up together with you, because a system set up wrong at the start is one nobody trusts afterwards, and then nobody uses.

  1. 01

    We set the agency up

Your name, your colours, your units and who reports to whom. Each adviser sees only their own clients; managers see the people under them.

  2. 02

    Your advisers are invited

By email, one at a time or all at once. They sign in with their Google account; there is nothing to install, and it works on the phone they already carry.

  3. 03

    Your clients come across

Paste an insurer's policy list and it matches each row to a client. Where a name is ambiguous, and two Maria Santoses is not rare here, it stops and asks.

  4. 04

The first meeting on real numbers

Production, activity and persistency for the people you lead, from the records already in the system. Not a report somebody stayed late to build.

New in Sentro

Sentro is built and run in Manila, and it changes most weeks. The newest features, and the day each one reached every agency.

NewAdvisers

A next step on every client record

Every record now suggests one thing to do next, with the buttons to do it: call, remind me tomorrow, book a meeting, run Building blocks, start a proposal. It follows where they are, from new lead to client.

NewLeaders

Funnels: from a new lead to a first meeting

Build a short series of dated emails, tasks and forms that takes a new lead to a first meeting, and stops by itself when they book. Start from five ready-made funnels.

NewAdvisers

A referral link can start a funnel

Choose a funnel for a referral link and everyone who fills it in joins it straight away. The form also has a new optional box for people who want tips and invitations by email.

Questions

What people ask before a call

Is Sentro for the agency or for the adviser?
Both. An agency subscribes per seat and every adviser in it gets their own day, clients and tools, while leaders get the unit's numbers. An independent adviser working alone can have it on the Solo plan.
Do my advisers need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, on the phone they already carry and on any computer. They sign in with their Google account, and their calendar can sync both ways with Google Calendar.
Which insurers does it work with?
All of the ones you write for: you record policies from every insurer in one list, and an existing list comes across by pasting an insurer's policy export. Sentro is independent of every insurer and does not connect to their systems.
Can a manager see everything an adviser does?
A manager sees their own people's clients and numbers, which is what running a unit needs. Leads and prospects stay with the adviser, call notes and pinned notes are private to them, and a leader opening someone else's client is written down.
How do we bring our existing clients across?
We set the agency up with you. Paste an insurer's policy list and it matches each row to a client; where a name is ambiguous it stops and asks rather than guessing.
Is our clients' data safe?
You are the controller and we process it for you under the Data Privacy Act. Access follows your structure, support can look in only when you allow it, and an encrypted copy goes off-site every night. Read how
What does it cost, and can we cancel?
Per seat for an agency, flat for a solo adviser, in pesos, monthly or yearly. No setup fee and no minimum term: cancel any time and it ends with the period already paid for. Agencies start at ten seats and can add advisers whenever they like. See pricing
Is Sentro an insurance company or a broker?
No. It is a practice-management tool for licensed advisers. It does not sell, solicit, quote, negotiate or place insurance, and it does not give financial advice.

See it against your own agency

Half an hour, your numbers rather than a canned demo, and no obligation. If it is not a fit for how your unit works, we will say so.
