For agency leaders
Run your agency on real numbers
Production, activity and 13th-month persistency for every adviser you lead, kept apart and kept current by the records they already keep. Plus recruitment, contests, goals and one-on-ones that leave a record.

Your unit
The numbers you talk about in a unit meeting
Production, activity and persistency are shown separately, never mixed into one score. An adviser can be your top producer and have the worst persistency, and if you only watch production, you find that out two years later.
Results
Activity
Quality
Sort the whole unit by any of them, and set each adviser’s target for the week, month or quarter from the same table. A target left blank is simply not tracked, rather than counted as zero.
The week
The three things a unit runs on
What you ask of an adviser and what they set for themselves are kept apart, so you can look at both in the same meeting. Contests keep their own standings, and every one-on-one leaves a record.
One aim for the year, MDRT or Court of the Table or their own figure, spread into quarters and months that add up to it, each coloured by pace. What they committed to sits beside what the agency asked for, never averaged into one figure nobody owns.

The year
And the badge they are all working towards
MDRT, Court of the Table and Top of the Table, counted over the calendar year they are judged on. You enter the year's requirements and how your agency counts, on annualised premium, first-year commission or first-year premium, and every adviser sees what is left to the next level and what that works out to a month.

You see where everybody stands and how many qualifiers each unit has produced. The tracker counts the business recorded in Sentro; when the insurer’s production report arrives, record its figure and that is the one every screen shows.
MDRT, Court of the Table and Top of the Table are marks of the Million Dollar Round Table. Sentro is independent of it and is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
Recruitment
Growing the agency, as a board you work
From first conversation to coded agent, the way it is done here: invited to a BYB, attended, requirements, pre-licensing, the IC exam, the licence and the insurer code.
- A Do-next list of who to call today, and why
- Every card says its next step: the papers still out, the exam result to record, the account to give
- Columns count who is stuck longer than that step usually takes
- Move people with a tap or a drag, with an Undo; dropping out asks for the reason
- Recruitment checklists sent as forms they fill in on their phone

Who sees what
Oversight, without surveillance
Your advisers will open it every day only if it is theirs. So a leader sees what running a unit needs, and the rest stays with the adviser.
- Follows your structure
- Units, uplines and who reports to whom. A manager sees their own people and nobody else's, without a setting somebody has to remember.
- Leads stay with the adviser
- Leads and prospects are the adviser's own pipeline. A leader sees clients, the policies they hold and the numbers they add up to.
- Notes to self stay private
- What an adviser wrote about a call, and the note pinned to a client, are theirs alone. Coaching belongs in the one-on-one.
- Every look is written down
- A leader opening someone else's client is recorded, so on the day an adviser asks who went through their clients, there is an answer.

Your agency, your rules
Switch on only what your agency uses
Recruitment, contests, the library, MDRT, client forms: each one is on for everybody, for leaders only, or off. A screen your people do not need is simply not there, so a new adviser learns a smaller app.
- Several administrators, so your agency assistant can invite people and set things up
- Invite as many advisers as you need: your seats are a minimum, not a limit
- When an adviser leaves, their clients stay with the agency: hand them to a colleague or archive them
- An adviser who stops using Sentro can remove their own access, and your administrators are emailed

Getting started
What the first two weeks look like
We set the agency up together with you. If it is set up wrong at the start, nobody trusts the numbers afterwards, and then nobody uses it.
- 01
We set the agency up
Your name, your colours, your units and who reports to whom, and the MDRT year and contests you run.
- 02
Your advisers are invited
By email, one at a time or all at once, as many as you need. They sign in with their Google account; there is nothing to install.
- 03
Clients come across
Paste an insurer's policy list and it matches each row to a client, stopping to ask where a name is ambiguous.
- 04
The first meeting on real numbers
Production, activity and persistency for the people you lead, from records already in the system.
Your data, your say
The agency stays in control
Support by invitation
Put back if it goes wrong
Encrypted, off-site, nightly
Yours if you leave
See it against your own agency
Half an hour with your own structure, your own contests and your own numbers. If it is not a fit for how your unit works, we will say so.
